Holiday Deliveries
During the Christmas and holiday period, delivery services may experience delays due to increased demand. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that orders placed after early December will arrive before Christmas. Orders placed during late December and early January may be processed on the next business day.
Returns & Faulty Products
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify Wild Mart as soon as possible.
All purchases are covered by a 90-day warranty period. Additional manufacturer warranties apply where relevant. A replacement will be offered if your product develops a fault within this period.
Faulty product claims must be submitted via the Returns Form with clear supporting images for assessment.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided items are:
