Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Wild Mart purchase. But because we sell intimate products, there are a few important rules around returns. Please read this carefully before placing your order.

 

90-Day Fault Warranty

All products purchased from Wild Mart are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.

If your item develops a genuine fault within 90 days, we’ll offer a replacement, credit or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, incorrect or incomplete item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs or video showing the fault

Claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Once approved, refunds are processed weekly and returned to your original payment method. Bulk order refunds will be processed via EFT.

 

Hygiene & Safety Policy

Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used intimate products

  • Items with broken hygiene seals

  • Products not in original packaging

If a product has been opened or used and is not faulty, it cannot be returned for a change of mind.

 

Change of Mind Returns

For unopened products only, change-of-mind returns must be:

  • Lodged within 7 days of purchase

  • Received at our warehouse within 14 days

  • Unused, unopened, and with hygiene seals intact

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Approved change-of-mind returns will be refunded, less the original shipping cost, and a $19.95 processing fee applies.

 

Orders Not Received

If your order hasn’t arrived, we’ll lodge an investigation with our courier. A refund will only be issued where no delivery confirmation can be obtained.

If an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied at checkout, additional redelivery fees may apply.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm AEDT.

If you place an order or contact us outside these hours, please email hello@wildmart.com.au and our team will respond on the next business day.
