Delivery Overview
Wild Mart ships Australia-wide using trusted courier and freight partners. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way. So you can follow its journey to your door.
If you choose a preferred delivery date, please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates only. While we do our best to have your order arrive close to your selected date, exact delivery days can’t be guaranteed as courier schedules are outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Our delivery fees are simple and upfront:

Express delivery: $14.95

Next business day delivery: $19.95
All shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping costs are calculated after any discounts or promo codes are applied.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
Orders are usually packed and sent within 2 to 3 business days.
We aim to send it the same day if you choose express delivery and place your order before 2 pm AEST (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will leave the next business day.
Delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 business days once dispatched. It depends on where you’re located. These timeframes are estimates only. They can vary due to weather, peak periods or courier delays.
Deliveries may take a little longer than usual during busy times like sales or public holidays.
Redirecting Your Order
If your delivery address needs to be changed after placing your order, a redirection fee may apply:

Please note that redirecting a parcel may add 1 to 2 extra days to the delivery time.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
We support contactless delivery where possible. If no one is home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe location and record proof of delivery.
Your parcel may be taken to your local post office or collection point if the driver feels there is no safe place to leave it. In some cases, a re-delivery fee may apply if another delivery attempt is needed.
Delivery Enquiries
Please contact our customer support team if something doesn’t look right with your delivery or tracking. Delivery enquiries should be made within three weeks of your order being shipped. So we can help resolve things quickly.
Christmas & Holiday Shipping
The Christmas period is our busiest time of year. And courier networks are under extra pressure. Because of this, we can’t guarantee that orders placed close to Christmas Day will arrive before the 25th of December.
Orders placed between 23 December and early January will be processed on the next available business day once operations resume.
We recommend placing your order early to avoid disappointment if you’re ordering a gift.
Cancelling an Order
If you change your mind, please contact us within one hour of placing your order. We process orders quickly. So once your parcel enters dispatch, we may not be able to stop it in time.
A $19.95 return fee will apply and the remaining amount will be refunded if your order has already been shipped and we’re able to have it returned to us
And if your order has already been delivered and you wish to return it due to a change of mind, items must be sent back at your own cost and must be:

unopened
-
unused
-
undamaged
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund or store credit may be issued.
Orders that have already been delivered and cannot be returned are not eligible for cancellation.
